Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what we can and cannot do with your data when you interact with the discord bot. We have kept it nice and simple because we do not want much data.
What do we collect:
- The guild id the bot is in or has been in
- The Discord User Id snowflake of those who have interacted with the bot
- The MD5, SHA256, SHA512 hash of any file uploaded to a server with the bot
File & URL scanner
The function of this is purely:
- You send a file/url on any server with the bot
- The bot will download the file and convert the bytes to the respective md5, sha256, sha512 hashes
- The bot will then discard the downloaded file and keep the hashes and check the hash against our database
At no point will the bot save your uploaded files unless you explicitly send the file to a developer and tell us to save it (assuming its not illegal for us to have).
What about our messages?
The bot does not store or log messages and there are zero plans to add this in.
What about server infraction logs?
Yes, the bot will store the discord snowflake of the moderator and user in question along with the reason. At no point will the developers remove infraction data from other guilds on request (unless you are requesting your own guild data removal).
Who do you sell your user data to?
No one.
I want my data removed or a copy of it
Sure, we will happily delete your data on request (with the exception of personal infraction data) or send you a copy your user data (with the exception of personal infraction data).
